Payment

To secure your reservation for House at Whispering Water, there are two options:

Call In A Reservation You can choose to either pay in full at the time of reservation using your Visa, Master Card or Discover, or pay a deposit of half the total order, and have the remaining amount automatically deducted 10 days prior to your arrival.

Reserve On-Line You need to pay in full at the time of the reservation through pay pal using your Visa, Master Card, Discover, Am X, Debit Card, or Checking Account.

Cancellation Policy

By accepting this reservation you are agreeing to our cancellation policy which includes: A non-negotiable 20% processing fee for any and all CANCELLATIONS and LODGING CHANGES, based on the total order, which goes into affect the date the reservation is made.

Cancellations made thirty days or more prior to arrival will be refunded all payments paid, less the 20% processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date are non refundable. NO refunds will be issued for any reason including early departures, inclement weather, emergencies, etc. Additionally, the number of nights reserved cannot be decreased.

Cancellations are completely transferable and may be given to another party in your place.
